Every digital and printed payslip carries a 10-character verification code. Enter it to confirm the document was issued by this payroll system and has not been altered.

What verification proves

  • The employer named on the payslip ran payroll through BTAS Payrolls for the period shown.
  • The employee, period, pay date and document number match the payslip presented to you.
  • The code maps to exactly one payslip — duplicated or edited documents will not verify.

Salary amounts are masked in public verification to protect employee privacy. Lenders usually accept the PDF payslip plus this verification page together.
